Mechanical clamping system QMC 105/106
Our manual mechanical clamping system is suited to all type of machines, either hydraulically or electrically driven. It can be utilised up to 200°C and for a mold weight up to 2T.
The complete bayonet system consists of :
Press side:
- 2 bayonet locking plates
- 1 premovable lever
Mould side:
- 2 centring / clamping rings and fixing bolts
Automatic locking for greatest safety and operating
Just turn the handle down to securely clamp your mold to the platen.
Installation kit
An installation jig is available to enable you a safe and autonomus installation of the complete system.
Accepts all moulds
It's simply necessary to replace the standard centring ring with the STÄUBLI centring/locking ring.
Drilling pattern according to EUROMAP standard
On request :
- drilling pattern according to SPI or JIS standard
- other individual patterns
